Canadian PGMs mining company Clean Air Metals (TSX-V:AIR) reports that shareholders of approved the election of James Gallagher, Dean Chambers, David Peck, and Mike Garbutt as directors of for the ensuing year.
The approval was made official at the company’s annual general meeting held on 29 July 2024.
Also appointed was Manning Elliott LLP as auditor for the year.
Shannin Metatawabin and MaryAnn Crichton were not elected as directors of the company as they received less than majority support at the AGM.
Non-executive Chair Jim Gallagher says the board very much thanks Shannin Metatawabin and MaryAnn Crichton for their contributions over the past few years.
“We wish them well in future endeavours. Given the skill sets of the remaining board members and the company’s current size, the Board does not feel it necessary to fill the remaining director vacancies at this time,” he says.
Clean Air Metals is a development and exploration company advancing its flagship, 100% owned Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals project, 40km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
