Bellevue Gold (ASX:BGL) has extended its mining contract with Develop Global (ASX:DVP) for a further seven months up until 31 July 2026 to continue exploration at the namesake mine in Western Australia.
The original agreement brought exploration through until 31 December 2025, now extending into 2026 through a competitive mining contract tender process.
Next years’ operations intend to continue a strong production performance, using the most competitive terms that will stimulate the highest practice performance.
The parties have been collaborating over the Bellevue Gold Mine in the Goldfields region since April 2022 through development activities to ramp up operational scalability.
Bellevue Managing Director Darren Stralow says the extension to the contract is a reflection of the parties recent performance at the mine site.
“As part of our aim to ensure best possible mining and cost performance at Bellevue we look forward to a competitive tender process for the mining contract on this long-life high-quality asset,” Stralow says.
Bellevue Gold is an Australian producer focused on the Bellevue Gold Mine, which has a current global mineral resource of 3.1 million ounces @ 9.9 grams per tonne gold.
