Belararox’s (ASX:BRX) non-executive director Tim Zuo has resigned from the board, effective 28 June.
Zuo was appointed to the board in April 2025 as Denala’s nominated director after participating in capital raisings.
Denala was entitled to appoint a director while its shareholding remained above 12%.
Belararox non-executive Chairman Neil Warburton says the company is grateful to Tim for “his contribution to the company during his appointment, including the introduction of major shareholder Denala”.
“We thank him for his significant personal investments in the company, and we look forward to his continued support in meeting our objective of discovering a major copper deposit in Argentina and Botswana,” Warburton says.
On 23 June, Belararox identified ‘strong’ geological continuity at its Kalahari Copper Project in the North-West District of Botswana from an initial geophysical interpretation, as reported by Mining.com.au.
The company conducted an airborne electromagnetic survey over tenements PL0770, PL0773, and PL2743, with the latter two highlighting continuity of a prospective geological sequence.
Belararox is a mineral exploration company focused on securing and developing resources to meet the surge in demand from the technology, battery, and renewable energy markets.
