Battery Age Minerals (ASX:BM8) has restarted stage two drilling at its Falcon Lake Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada, after a brief pause.
The $22.97 million market capitalisation company will focus on the recently discovered ‘step-out zone’ at Falcon East and target new pegmatite discoveries within other ‘high-priority’ zones uncovered during its summer fieldwork program.
Battery Age says the brief pause in drilling during the hunting season was to respect the wishes of its First Nations partners, but it has now remobilised an exploration team to the site.

Drilling will be carried out by the newly formed Rodren Drilling Whitesand First Nation Joint Venture (JVO), a JV between the drilling contractor Rodren and one of the local First Nation groups, Whitesand.
Battery Age Minerals Managing Director Gerard O’Donovan says the company is ‘very excited’ to be back on the ground for exploration at Falcon Lake.
“Our summer fieldwork program defined multiple new targets for us to test, and having the drill-bit back in the ground and exploring these high-priority areas represents the important next step in defining the size and scale of the lithium potential at Falcon Lake.”
