American Tungsten (CSE:TUNG) is progressing the rehabilitation of the zero-level portal at the IMA Mine site in Idaho, US, with installation and lagging of the entrance completed.
CEO Ali Haji says the team is focused on safety, compliance, and laying the groundwork for future underground operations.

“As we move forward, we remain committed to investing in the infrastructure and technology that will support long-term exploration and production.”
To date, the company has also retimbered and reinforced 10 feet of the access tunnel, completed the final levelling and installation of safety berms on the portal pad, as well as finalised preparations to meet compliance requirements.
As previously reported, American Tungsten is preparing the IMA Project for production readiness. The company has been engaging with key federal agencies to align its strategy objective with national resource security initiatives and critical supply chain resilience.
The IMA Mine is an advanced, past-producing tungsten-molybdenum project situated in the Idaho property belt on private-patented mining claims in the US.
