Alara Resources (ASX:AUQ) reports it has made significant progress in the mine construction phase of the Al Wash-hi Majaza Copper-Gold Project joint venture with Al Hadeetha Resources in Oman.
The mine pit, gossan dump, the haul road leading to the mine, and the drill pad are all on the way to completion, and the Al Wash-hi Majaza Project is on track for completion in the June quarter of 2023.
The company owns a 51% equity interest in the Al Hadeetha Resources joint venture developing the project.

Alara Managing Director, Atmavireshwar Sthapak said the company is satisfied by the pace at which the Al Wash-hi Majaza Copper-Gold mine site has taken shape over recent months.
“Despite some weather-related challenges in July, construction of the mine pit, the gossan stockpile and its associated haul road as well as the drilling and blasting have proceeded smoothly over recent months.
This progress would not have been made without the hard work of the JV partners, our own team included, and the host of contractors involved in the delivery of the Project.
