Zeotech enters partnership targeting renewables and environmental infrastructure projects

Zeotech Limited (ASX:ZEO) has executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with i3 Consulting to support the development, trialling, and potential adoption of AusPozzTM high-reactivity metakaolin for concrete applications.

The consultancy is a mutli-disciplinary engineering and development firm with experience in infrastructure, building, renewables, and environmental sectors.

The two parties plan to develop a pathway to market adoption, with i3 identifying suitable opportunities for field trials of AusPozzTM in concrete, in coordination with selected concrete suppliers.

These trials will provide real-world validation, allowing Zeotech to assess its use in live construction environments in its performance, constructability, and sustainability elements.

Chief Executive Officer James Marsh says that the agreement brings i3’s strong capability across the industry for these trials.

“This agreement is the result of a series of commercial-scale concrete trials in which  AusPozzTM demonstrated outstanding performance benefits in wind farm concrete applications, which is a key market for i3,” Marsh says.

“Working alongside i3 enables Zeotech to engage directly with project teams, concrete suppliers, and end-users, accelerating our commercialisation strategy for  AusPozzTM as a low-carbon material for large-scale construction and infrastructure applications.”

The MoU will expire 18 months from the day of commencement (13 January 2026) and may be terminated by either party with 20 days notice.

Zeotech is advancing the development and commercialisation of AusPozzTM, their trademark solution for low-carbon construction and greenhouse gas mitigation.
