Wildcat Resources (ASX:WC8) reports ‘strong’ drilling results from its Bolt Cutter Central and Tabba Tabba lithium projects in Western Australia’s Pilbara region.
The company’s drilling at Bolt Cutter Central returned multiple ‘strongly mineralised’ intersections across a stacked pegmatite system extending over approximately 2.3km by 0.8km.
Best results include 18m @ 1.1% lithium oxide (Li2O) from 16m in BCRC113 and 16m @ 1.5% Li2O from 116m in BCRC115, both estimated true widths.
BCRC112 intersected multiple mineralised pegmatites, including 11m @ 1.5% Li2O from 67m and 6m @ 1.5% Li2O from 174m. Additional results include 4m @ 1.6% Li2O from 104m and 6m @ 1% Li2O from 85m.
The mineralised footprint remains open in multiple directions. Near‑surface drilling demonstrates thick mineralised pegmatite close to surface. Meanwhile, down‑dip drilling continues to demonstrate vertical continuity of the stacked pegmatite system.
At Tabba Tabba, results from the Hutt pegmatite group include TAMT038 returning 25.1m @ 1.2% Li2O from 56.5m, and TAMT040 returning 21.4m @ 0.9% Li2O from 22.6m, including 8.6m @ 1.4% Li2O from 28.6m.
From the Chewy pegmatite group, TAMT036 intersected 13.9m @ 2% Li2O from 45.2m, including 7.8m @ 2.3% Li2O from 45.2m. At Leia, TARC435 returned 18m @ 1.3% Li2O from 69m, including 9m @ 2% Li2O from 74m.
Resource modelling is advancing at Bolt Cutter Central, with delivery of a maiden mineral resource estimate targeted for the December quarter. The Tabba Tabba Definitive Feasibility Study remains on track for delivery in H2 2026.
