Jim Simpson is an existing company director. He will be taking over the operational management from Executive Chairman Roger Jackson.

Simpson brings 40 years of Australian and international experience in the mining industry to the role. He has held a number of senior leadership positions at major mining operations in both Australia and Brazil and has extensive experience in underground and open-cut mining, corporate turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, feasibility studies, and more.

“Jim has the necessary skills and experience to take our emerging high-grade gold mine from development to mainstream production and beyond,” Jackson says.

“He knows the NSW mining environment and is very focused on operational systems and improvement. Jim is also highly experienced in high grade narrow mining of gold. He will add valuable expertise to the Reward mining team.”

Simpson was appointed as non-executive director of the company on 19 December 2025, as previously reported.
