Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) has named Gaurav Gupta to its board as a non-executive director, following shareholder approval of an investment in the company by Eagle Eye Asset Holdings.
Gupta has more than 25 years experience in international trade and is a qualified chartered accountant. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi.
Managing Director Phil Russo says the company is looking forward to benefitting from Gupta’s broad and extensive experience.
“Toubani is excited to work together with our partners A2MP and EEA to bring to life the Kobada Gold Project,” Russo says.
Toubani Resources is a developer focused on advancing Africa’s next gold development project with its oxide-dominant Kobada Gold Project.
The Kobada Project is located in Mali, which is the third largest gold producer in Africa. Southern Mali is considered to be a stable environment with the mining industry concentrated in the region.
