Tinka Resources (TSX-V:TK) has upgraded to the OTCQX from the OTCQB Venture Market, under the ticker symbol TKRFF.
The OTCQX Market is designed for established, investor-focused US and international companies. To qualify for OTCQX, companies must meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws.
Graduating to the OTCQX Market marks an “important milestone” for Tinka, enabling them to show their qualifications and build visibility among US investors.
Executive Chairman Brandon Macdonald says Tinka’s graduation is part of the a continued evolution and reflects the quality of the company and its projects.
“With access to a wider investor audience on OTCQX we anticipate improved visibility and liquidity, and a broader base of both US and global investors,” Macdonald says.
