Zinc-focused explorer Tinka Resources (TSX-V:TK) has voluntarily delisted from the Bolsa de Valores de Lima (BVL), also known as the Lima Stock Exchange.
The Lima Stock Exchange is the official stock exchange of Peru, located in the capital city Lima.
The company expects to delist from the BVL in 60 business days. The company’s shares will continue to be listed and traded as normal on the TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQB.
Lima-based stock broker Kallpa Securities Sociedad Agente de Bolsa is no longer a sponsor of the company on the BVL.
Tinka Resources is an explorer and developer focused on its flagship Ayawilca zinc-silver-tin project in central Peru.
The project comprises an indicated resource of 28.3 million tonnes @ 5.82% zinc, 16.4 grams per tonne silver, and 91g/t indium and an inferred resource of 31.2 million tonnes @ 4.21% zinc and 14.5g/t silver.
