Tempest Minerals (ASX:TEM) has extended the closing date for its $830,599 entitlement by two weeks to allow all eligible investors the opportunity to participate.
On 31 May, Tempest launched a one-for-five non-renounceable entitlement offer to support the next phase of exploration across its Western Australian projects, including Yalgoo, Mount Magnet, and Elephant.
Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand are able to purchase one new share, at a price of $0.008, for every five shares already held.
The offer is now set to close at 5:00pm AWST on 5 July.
Tempest’s Western Australian projects are considered prospective for copper, gold, and base metals. The company also explores for lithium, industrial minerals, zinc, and precious metals at its Rocky Hill and Five Wheels projects.
