Sun Silver to mark OTCQX debut

Sun Silver (ASX:SS1) will begin trading on the OTCQX Market under the ticker SSLVF from 6 November 2025, expanding its access to North American investors.

The OTCQX is a top-tier Over-The-Counter (OTC) market, operated by OTC Markets Group, for companies that meet the highest financial and reporting standards.

In September 2025, the company began the process for listing on the OTC Market, as part of the company’s growth strategy.

Sun Silver, which has a market capitalisation of $167.4 million, says the dual quotation will enhance liquidity, expand investor access during US market hours, and support its ambitions for possible future listings on major US exchanges.

The listing comes after Sun Silver completed a $30 million placement featuring North American participation and coincides with silver being included on the US Department of the Interior’s Draft 2025 Critical Minerals List.

The Maverick Springs Project, located in northeast Nevada, hosts an inferred resource estimate of 480 million ounces of silver-equivalent @ 68.29 grams per tonne silver-equivalent.
