Star Copper (CSE:STCU) has closed its non-brokered private placement, raising C$2 million ($2.07 million) to fund an “aggressive 2026 drill program” at the Star Copper Project in British Columbia.
The company issued 1.156 million flow-through units at C$1.73 each. Flow-through units comprise one share and one purchase warrant.
Holders will be entitled to purchase one non-flow-through share over a two-year period at C$1.75 each for every purchase warrant held.
The drilling campaign will include expanded step-out drilling, deeper testing of priority targets, and follow-up drilling.
Follow-up drilling will be guided by ongoing geological modelling and planned geophysics.
