SRG Global (ASX:SRG) has appointed Kerry Wilson as a Non-Executive Director and Roger Lee as an Executive Director in a bid to strengthen its board.
Lee will take on the new role in conjunction with his current role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The $344 million market capitalisation company says that these appointments are part of its plans to position itself for ‘long-term, sustainable success’ as the business grows.
Kerry Wilson holds a degree in Psychology and brings ‘significant’ experience to the board in relation to human resources, safety, and industrial relations domestically and internationally.
Wilson has held a number of global executive roles in his 30-year career and was the principal owner of an industrial relations consultancy firm, which has been recently sold.
The company notes Kerry will also become SRG Global’s Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
