The RIU Resources Investor Roadshow is one of Australia’s premier platforms for junior explorers and emerging miners to showcase projects, connect with investors, and highlight the commodities driving the next phase of the resources sector.
Taking place at the Sofitel Melbourne On Collins on 25 August 2026, followed by the Swissôtel Sydney on 27 August, the RIU Resources Investor Roadshow will see over 30 companies presenting their exploration strategies, development milestones, and more.
“The RIU conference brings together a strong line-up of emerging companies, giving investors a chance to meet the next generation of rock stars in this growth sector of the economy,” says Richard Morrow, director of Lowell Resources Funds Management (ASX:LRT). Lowell is one of this year’s event sponsors.
Setting the stage for next week’s event, Hedley Widdup, managing director of Lion Selection Group (ASX:LSX), says the conference comes at an inflection point in the market.
“The resource market is coming back to life after markets were disrupted in the first half of 2026 by conflict,” Widdup says.
“Gold is moving back up, copper is settling into new highs, and a range of critical materials are getting the attention of investors.”
Lion Selection Group is another lead sponsor for the upcoming event.
Companies presenting their projects and latest updates include Amara Minerals (ASX:AM3), Aureka (ASX:AKA), Basin Energy (ASX:BSN), Hamelin Gold (ASX:HMG), Impact Minerals (ASX:IPT), North Stawell Minerals (ASX:NSM), Prodigy Gold (ASX:PRX), TG Metals (ASX:TG6), and many more.
For those in Melbourne on Monday 24 August, the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC) is hosting its Pitch ‘N’ Pinot Melbourne to kick off the week’s event, starting at 5pm at InvestorHub.
The evening will see six companies, including EQ Resources (ASX:EQR) and ABx Group (ASX:ABX), pitching their investment story to a room of investment professionals.
