Questcorp Mining (CSE:QQQ) has formed an advisory board to support its continued growth and development, with the appointment of Paul Larkin as its inaugural advisor.
For more than 42 years, Larkin has been the President of investment and financial consulting firm New Dawn Group. The firm specialises in corporate finance, merchant banking, and the administrative management of public companies.
Larkin currently serves as a Director and Audit Committee member of Renewable Energy Royalties (TSX-V:RE), Rev Exploration (TSX-V:REVX), and Condor Resources (TSX-V:CN).
CEO Saf Dhillon says Larkin’s decision to join as an advisor is an endorsement of everything the company has built to date.
“With Paul’s experience and guidance, we aim to enhance shareholder value through the advancement of our highly prospective exploration projects in both Canada and Mexico,” Dhillon says.
In connection with Larkin’s appointment, Questcorp has granted him 200,000 incentive options exercisable at $0.205 per share for a five-year period.
Questcorp Mining is a copper and gold explorer focused on acquiring and developing projects in North America.
The company holds an option to own the North Island Copper Project, comprising 1,168.09 hectares, located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Questcorp also holds an option to acquire the La Union, comprising 2,520.2 hectares, located in Sonora, Mexico.
