Q2 Metals (TSX-V:QTWO) is continuing to demonstrate the growth potential of the Cisco Lithium Project in Canada, through an ongoing 2025 drilling program.
The program is focused on infill drilling within the main mineralised zone that spans 1.5km along the northeast-southwest trending strike length identified at Cisco.
Drillhole 63 intercepted a 75.4m wide mineralised pegmatite in an area where the geological team was not expecting and represents a new parallel zone that required additional work to potentially extend.
Meanwhile, drillhole 65 extended the boundary of the known mineralised zone to the north with a 179.2m wide mineralised pegmatite. It is located at relatively shallow depths of between 50-180m below surface.
Q2 Metals says additional work will be completed to understand the extent of mineralisation in that area.

CEO Alicia Milne says the company is stoked with the results as it looks to advance the exploration target to an inaugural resource estimate.
“The exploration target was based only on the first 40 drillholes, and we are excited to see how the resource estimate comes together with these additional holes that have extended mineralisation beyond the parameters defined thus far,” Milne says.
Vice President of Exploration Neil McCallum adds that drillholes 63 and 65 showed continued growth potential and were designed to define the limits of the system.
“But, instead, discovered that the trends extend beyond our expectations,” McCallum says.
To date, 67 holes for 27,295m of drilling have been completed on the Cisco Project. Assays remain pending on holes 40 through to 65.
Q2 Metals is a Canadian mineral explorer focused on its Cisco Project located within the greater Nemaska traditional territory of the Eeyou Istchee, James Bay region of Québec, Canada.
