PwC most active on M&A advisory globally

Multinational firm PwC has been the most active M&A advisory firm globally so far this year, according to PitchBook’s Q1 2024 Global League Tables.

PitchBook lists 82 M&A deals through PwC during the first quarter worldwide, at a time when the firm faces financial and job cuts in Australia.

PitchBook’s Q1 2024 Global League Tables show in second place is KPMG with 73 deals it has advised on, followed by Jeffries Group (69), Houlihan Lokey (68), BDO (63), JP Morgan (43), Deloitte (41), and Lincoln International, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs each with 37 deals.
