Purecore Metals (CSE:PURE) has bolstered its advisory team with the appointment of Jordan Trimble as it advances its uranium exploration in Canada.
Trimble is the CEO of Skyharbour Resources (TSX-V:SYH), the company’s partner on the Yurchison Uranium Project in Saskatchewan. In addition, he is the president and founder of Trident Resources (TSX-V:ROCK), a gold exploration company with projects in the province.
Before Skyharbour and Trident, Trimble served as corporate development manager for Bayfield Ventures, an Ontario-based gold company that was acquired by New Gold (TSX:NGD) in 2014.
“His experience building a leading uranium company, accessing capital, and developing strategic partnerships will be invaluable as we advance the Yurchison Uranium Property and strengthen Purecore’s position in the Athabasca Basin,” says Peter Berdusco, president and CEO of Purecore.
“With Skyharbour becoming a shareholder and project partner of Purecore, I am looking forward to working with their team to help advance Yurchison over the coming year,” Trimble adds.
Purecore entered the project last month through an option agreement. The company plans to advance exploration at the site, which it believes has discovery potential for basement-hosted uranium and SEDEX-style base metals mineralisation.
Purecore Metals is focused on advancing the materials that power modern energy systems and emerging technologies.
Skyharbour Resources holds an extensive portfolio of uranium exploration projects in Canada’s Athabasca Basin.
