Pure One (ASX:P1E) has appointed Jeff Le Compte as chief financial officer, bringing more than 30 years of finance and corporate advisory experience to the executive team.
Le Compte is a chartered accountant, certified practising accountant, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a master of business administration from Deakin University.
His career includes senior finance roles with ING Investment Management, BT Funds Management, and the Commonwealth Bank. His experience includes advising companies through capital raising, mergers, and strategic transformation.
The company says Le Compte has been engaged as CFO for both Pure One and Eastern Gas (ASX:EGA) under a services agreement at a fee of $1,000 per day.
The appointment comes as Pure One continues to focus on delivering zero‑emission mobility and energy solutions, building on its legacy in hydrogen technologies and expanding into battery‑electric vehicles and battery‑swap solutions.
P1E is also developing natural gas projects in Australia through Eastern Gas and indirectly in Botswana through its strategic investment in Botala Energy (ASX:BTE).
Pure One is an Australian clean technology company that provides zero‑emission vehicles and infrastructure across hydrogen, battery‑electric, and hybrid technologies.
