Patriot Battery Metals (ASX:PMT) has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to list its common shares effective upon market open today (1 February 2024).
The $468.21 million market capitalisation company’s shares will trade under the current symbol (PMET).
Patriot’s common shares no longer trade on the TSX-V.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President Ken Brinsden says the move is an important milestone as the company heightens its corporate profile and reaches a broader range of investors.
“The scale emerging at our Corvette Project, presentation of the project description to the CREE and Quebec government, combined with Patriot being one of the very few lithium companies to graduate to the TSX demonstrates our maturing profile.”

Patriot’s graduation to the TSX comes in line with planning for additional step-out drilling at the CV13 spodumene pegmatite, as part of its Corvette Property in Quebec, Canada.
Drilling will be undertaken as part of the ongoing 2024 winter exploration program and will focus along strike and downdip of the principal pegmatite body.
Patriot hopes to delineate further drilling at the ‘higher-grade’ zone.
The company notes the pegmatite has been traced to a 2.3km strike length via multiple outcrop exposures and drilling completed to date and remains open along strike at both ends and to depth.
According to Patriot, the previously identified ‘higher-grade’ zone has been extended to at least plus 200m strike length, with key results including hole CV23-271 with 15.7m @ 1.52% Li2O including 10.6m @ 1.99% Li2O or 2.5m @ 5.28% LI2O.
Assays for 22 of the 57 drillholes completed at CV13 in 2023 have been posted to date. Further assays for an additional 72 drillholes completed at both the CV9 and CV5 pegmatites, respectively, are pending.
Patriot Battery metals is a hard-rock lithium explorer focused on advancing its district-scale, wholly owned Corvette Property in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec, Canada.
