Pacgold introduces board changes

Pacgold (ASX:PGO) has announced changes to its board, with non-executive Chair Caoilin Chestnutt resigning from her position effective 19 June 2026.

Chestnutt has stepped down to focus on other professional commitments, with the board appointing Richard Hacker as non-executive Chairman.

Hacker previously served as a non-executive director at Pacgold, providing him with extensive familiarity with the company’s operations and strategy.

He brings more than 20 years of experience with Chalice Mining (ASX:CHN), where he continues to hold a non-executive director role.

Hacker previously held the roles of CFO and General Manager of Commercial and Strategy for Chalice. He has also held executive and director positions with companies including Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) and DevEx Resources (ASX:DEV).

His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, mining project assessment and execution, due diligence, and administration for listed companies.

Pacgold will attend the Noosa Mining Conference, which will be held from 22–24 July at Pepper Noosa Resort in Noosa Heads, Queensland.
