Opawica Explorations (TSX-V:OPW) has entered into a debt settlement agreement worth C$23,340 ($23,559) with an independent consultant.
As part of the agreement, the company will issue 186,720 common shares at C$0.125 per share.
The debt agreement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Opawica Explorations is a junior Canadian explorer focused on precious and base metals discoveries within the Rouyn-Noranda region of the Abitibi Gold Belt in Québec, Canada.
In March 2026, the company appointed Monty Sutton as Director and CFO.
Sutton brings more than 25 years of experience in public markets, corporate governance, senior administration, and accounting. He has served on the management teams and boards of many private and publicly traded companies.
