Olympio Metals (ASX:OLY) has completed a drilling program the company says demonstrates down dip potential at the group’s Paquin prospect within the Bousquet Gold Project in Canada.
A total of 32 holes for 7,083m of drilling was completed, with 15 holes remaining to be processed. The results are expected to be received over the coming months.
Managing Director Sean Delaney says the results give the company confidence that Paquin will continue growing as the company explores the down dip potential.

“Our maiden drilling program concentrated on the known mineralised areas south of the Cadillac Break,” Delaney says.
“There remains a significant unexplored area to the north and we are working on generating some exciting targets in that area to be included in the next phase of drilling.
“We are continuing to grow the Bousquet Gold Project and believe it has significant potential upside to come.”
The latest assays include 4.9m @ 2.16 grams per tonne gold; 2.6m @ 3.13g/t gold, and 1m @ 6.33g/t gold.
Olympio, which has a market capitalisation of $9.5 million, says these latest results build on the previously reported results including 1.5m @ 54.2g/t gold from 235.5m.
Analysis and modelling of the results will be going through Q4 2025.
Olympio Metals has an option to acquire up to 80% of the Bousquet Project, an advanced gold asset on the Cadillac-Lake Larder Fault Zone in Québec, Canada.
