Tuesday 15 October is the closing date for director nominations ahead of Burley Minerals’ (ASX:BUR) annual general meeting to be held on 26 November 2024.
The AGM and call for nominations come as Burley continues pursuing heritage survey proposals for the Cane Bore Iron Project while it prepares the program of work application for approval.
Burley’s geologists have been preparing to mobilise to site to complete the initial mapping and rock-chip sampling program at Cane Bore, while awaiting approval of the drilling PoW.

Meanwhile, non-executive Director Bryan Dixon has been doing some on market buying, picking up a further 100,000 shares for around $6,823 in early October.
He now indirectly owns over 700,000 shares via Warrior Strategic and a further 1.4 million shares through Warrior Finance.
Cane Bore is located within the Pilbara of Western Australia and located less than 100km by sealed road from the export Port of Onslow.
Burley has Heritage Protection Agreements in place with the PKKP Aboriginal Corporation and Buurabalayji Thalanyji Aboriginal Corporation and is pursuing heritage surveys now.
In addition to a maiden drilling program, Burley is preparing a preliminary mapping and rock chip sampling exercise over the Channel Iron Deposit (CID) target areas at Cane Bore.
