Blue Lagoon Resources (CNSX:BLLG) has handed a contracting company its latest tender at the Dome Mountain Gold and Silver Mine in British Columbia, Canada.
Blue Lagoon reveals it recently engaged a second mining contractor to deploy extra mobile equipment to the mine. The undisclosed tenderer’s project team will effectively double the underground production crew roster from two to four shifts.
Multiple working spaces are open across the mine, and the site is on track to ramp up daily production from 100 tonnes to 150 tonnes within weeks.
An exploration drill program is planned to start during the third quarter of 2026 using internally generated cash flow. Work will include infill drilling and a program to target new areas along the largely unexplored 18km strike length.
Blue Lagoon also has a $500,000 unsecured, interest-free bridge loan from President and CEO Rana Vig. The loan is due on 20 March 2027, and the company will issue 129,870 bonus common shares and 129,870 warrants to Vig at 77 cents per share for a two-year period.
The company has constructed a local fire assay laboratory near the town of Smithers that is now fully operational.
A site infrastructure upgrade plan is being scoped and will be advanced in the coming months. The plan aims to ensure the site can support continuing production with an expanded workforce alongside an active drill program.
Blue Lagoon Resources is a gold mining company with assets in British Columbia, Canada.
