Nevada Organic Phosphate (CSE:NOP) has received US$807,000 ($1.13 million) after exercising around 14.6 million common share purchase warrants at US$0.05 and US$0.08 per warrant.
The company now has a cash balance of US$1.25 million and share capital consists of 143 million shares. In addition, 24.6 million common share purchase warrants remain outstanding at US$0.10, subject to acceleration if the company’s volume weighted average price equals or exceeds US$0.25 for a period of 10 consecutive days.
If fully exercised, the warrants would provide additional funding of US$2.46 million to support continued exploration and development activities at the Murdock Mountain Project in the US.
CEO Robin Dow says these funds further strengthen the company’s balance sheet and support its advancement of Murdock Mountain.
“In addition, the company is planning for a phase two drill program at Murdock Mountain, with mobilisation currently estimated for mid to late March 2026,” Dow says.
The drilling program is designed to extend the 2025 drill campaign westward. The company plans to construct at least five additional drill pads along the remaining 5km strike length, with multiple holes expected from each pad.
Nevada Organic says this work will further assess the continuity, thickness and grade of the 6.6km strike length of phosphate-bearing horizons.
As reported, Nevada Organic received results from six drillholes at the Upper Phosphatic Zone at Murdock Mountain, with samples averaging 10.93% phosphorus pentoxide, confirming the presence of a phosphate-bearing horizon in the deposit.
The company emphasised that the deposit is more than just phosphate ore. It is a naturally balanced fertiliser containing calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, manganese, silicon, and trace micronutrients. This multi-nutrient profile supports soil health and provides a slow-release nutrient effect, making it attractive for organic and regenerative farming practices.
Nevada Organic Phosphate is a junior explorer focused on an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed, 6.6km long in northeast Nevada.
