Lodestar Minerals (ASX:LSR) has confirmed the first priority drilling targets following fixed loop electromagnetic surveys at the SC-3, MC-8 and MC-9 conductors, as part of its 100% owned Earaheedy-Imbin project in Western Australia.
The recently identified bedrock conductors are located along strike from the Main Gossan copper occurrence and are supported by associated historic gold-silver-copper anomalies situated adjacent to the major northwest trending faults.
The company also notes that ultrafine (UFF+) geochemical results are expected within the coming weeks and will assist in identifying additional targets from the remaining 27 discrete conductors that were recognised by the regional Xcite heli-electromagnetic (EM) survey.
In addition, the SC-3, MC-8 and MC-9 conductors have been modelled as potential massive sulphide Cu-Pb-Zn targets within the sedimentary sequence, with surface mapping indicating consistent tight to open asymmetric fold axes which are disrupted by north-northwest trending shears.

The total project land holding currently sits at 900km-square with about 50km of strike over the Earaheedy basin margin.
With the first priority drilling targets now identified, Lodestar announces that a reverse circulation (RC) drilling campaign of 1,000m will be fast tracked following heritage clearance and statutory approvals.
