Locksley Resources (ASX:LKY) has engaged US-based capital markets advisory group Viriathus Capital as the company’s financial advisor to assist in listing on the OTCQB Venture Market.
The OTCQB is a US market for early stage and developing international companies, providing enhanced access to North American investors.
Veriathus will support all listing certifications, regulatory compliance and filing obligations with OTC Markets Group.
Locksley, which has a market capitalisation of $20.16 million, says this initiative forms part of the company’s broader US strategic engagement and positioning of its Mojave Critical Minerals Project in California.
Chairman Nathan Lude says the planned OTCQB listing marks a milestone in unlocking US investor interest in the Mojave Project.
“With strong momentum in critical mineral policy and supply chain location, this listing supports our engagement with US institutions, partners and investment avenues,” Lude says.
The Mojave Project, covering 20.9km2, is located on California’s south-eastern border with Nevada, US. The project has potential to host numerous rare earths deposits.
Locksley Resources is a mineral explorer focused on copper, gold and base metal assets throughout Australia. The company is also actively exploring rare earths in the US.
The company will also be attending the Noosa Mining Investor Conference, held between 23-25 July, at the Peppers Noosa Resort.
Mining.com.au is an official media partner of this year’s conference.
