Locksley lists on FSE to advance rare earths strategy

Locksley Resources (ASX:LKY) has announced its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) under the ticker code ‘X5L’, enabling greater access to European investors as part of the company’s rare earth and antimony exploration strategy.

Locksley, which has a market capitalisation of $59.2 million, is developing the Mojave Antimony and Rare Earths Project in California.

The project is located 1.4km from the Mountain Pass mine, the only active rare earths mine in the US.

The FSE listing follows recent developments, including accreditation under the NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) registration, which allows greater engagement with US Government programs.

The company said access to government-backed programs comes at a time when Locksley is positioning itself within the US critical minerals supply chain.

“Obtaining the NCAGE code marks an important milestone in positioning Locksley within the US critical minerals supply chain,” the company added.

Locksley said it plans to progress the Mojave project with support under the US National Energy Dominance Council and Defense Production Act, which aim to secure critical mineral supply for the US.
