Larvotto engages Clarksons Securities for fixed income investor calls

Larvotto Resources (ASX:LRV) has engaged Clarksons Securities to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls starting 11am Central European Summer Time on 14 July.

The issue of the circa US$100 million senior secured bond with a four-year tenor may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue together with existing cash and other equity proceeds, will be used to fund the restart capital expenditure for the Hillgrove Antimony and Gold Project.

Larvotto’s cash balance was $34.4 million at the end of Q1 2025, compared to $28 million at the completion of the previous quarter.

Fixed income investments provide investors periodic interest payments and have a set maturity date. As a general rule, fixed income investments are less volatile than equities and provide investors with lower risk, stable returns.

These investments involve an investor lending money to a borrower for a specific time period in exchange for agreed, periodic interest payments called coupons. On the maturity date, the original investment will be returned.

Last month, the company received formal ratification from the New South Wales Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for Modification 6 (DA98/35-Mod-6), permitting the continuation of mining and processing activities at the Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Mine.

With formal approval now secured, Larvotto can now finalise financing and move towards a 2025 restart of operations demonstrating Hillgrove’s potential as a globally strategic antimony and Gold asset.

The company says the milestone validates its development strategy and keeps us on track to begin production in 2026.

The company is also actively advancing its portfolio of in-demand minerals projects including the Mt Isa copper, gold, and cobalt project adjacent to Mt Isa townsite in Queensland; the Eyre multi-metals and lithium project located 30km east of Norseman in Western Australia; and a gold exploration project at Ohakuri in New Zealand’s North Island.

Larvotto’s board has a mix of experienced explorers, corporate financiers, ESG specialists, and corporate culture to progress its projects.
