Larvotto Resources (ASX:LRV) has satisfied all conditions required to draw down the proceeds from its US$105 million senior secured bond issue.
This includes a customary cost-to-complete test and all project equity being fully spent on the Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Project.
Larvotto has subsequently completed its first drawdown under the bond for US$31.5 million, representing 30% of the total senior secured bond.
All proceeds from the drawdown will be applied towards project construction, including the plant upgrade and development works.
Larvotto remains fully funded for the restart of the Hillgrove Mine, supported by a cash position of $62.1 million as of 30 September 2025.
