LaFleur Minerals (CSE:LFLR) has upsized its previously reported offering from C$8 million to C$10 million ($10.13 million).
Red Cloud Securities has agreed to purchase 10 million units at C$0.50 each to raise C$5 million, as well as flow-through units at C$0.68 each to charitable purchasers in the public offering.
Each unit comprises one share and one share purchase warrant. Charity flow-through units also comprise one share and one share purchase warrant.
Each unit warrant and charity flow-through warrant held will entitle the holder to acquire one share on a non-flow-through basis at a price of C$0.75 for a 36-month period after the closing date.
Red Cloud will act as the sole underwriter and bookrunner for a “bought deal” private placement.
The offerings are expected to close on or around 9 June 2026.
Funds will be used for commissioning and restarting gold production at the Beacon Gold Mine in Canada, alongside exploration programs at the Swanson Gold Project.
LaFleur Minerals is on the cusp of restarting gold production, while continuing to advance exploration at the Swanson Gold Deposit.
Beacon is a fully permitted 750-tonne-per-day gold processing facility located in the Abitibi Gold Belt.
