LaFleur Minerals (CSE:LFLR) has engaged Bedford Consulting Group to support the recruitment of a senior mining executive, as the company advances toward the restart of production at the Beacon Gold Mill in Québec, Canada.
The recruitment initiative reflects LaFleur’s transition from an explorer toward a producer and underscores its commitment to strengthen leadership capacity to execute on its growth strategy.
Bedford Consulting Group will identify and engage with mining industry executive candidates who have demonstrated a history of building early-stage mining companies towards production or Prefeasibility Study stage, as well as ‘excellent’ industry reputation, ability to build teams, and entrepreneurial skills.
LaFleur Minerals is on the cusp of restarting gold production, while continuing to advance exploration at the Swanson Gold Deposit.
The company says this creates a “compelling opportunity” for an experienced mining company-building executive to join LaFleur.
Beacon is a fully permitted 750-tonne-per-day gold processing facility located in the Abitibi Gold Belt.
Bedford Consulting Group is a specialised executive search and compensation advisory firm with more than four decades of experience and dedicated practice serving the global mining, metals, and resource sector.
