LaFleur grows Swanson footprint

LaFleur Minerals (CSE:LFLR) has announced the drilling results from 12 validation drill holes completed at the Swanson Gold Deposit, in addition to 28 other regional exploration drill holes on the broader property.

The company has reported the results for 60 drill holes from its maiden drill program in 2025, covering 16,592m. The company notes that the results confirmed strong gold continuity, long mineralised intercepts, and new shallow discoveries beyond the current project footprint.

Key results from the validation drilling include 2.05 grams per tonne gold over 158.25m; 1.15g/t gold over 80.3m; 1.37g/t gold over 80.8m; 2.97g/t gold over 66m, including 91.1g/t gold over 1.5m; and 3.15g/t gold over 51.4m, including 92.9g/t gold over 0.75m.

LaFleur will use these results to support the upcoming preliminary economic assessment (PEA) that is expected to be released in March as well as the Technical Report to be completed in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

The exploration drilling has intersected shallow gold mineralisation outside of the Swanson Gold Deposit with results including 1.58g/t gold over 11.05m, 0.67g/t gold over 7.45m, 5.78g/t gold over 2.05m, and 1.41g/t gold over 6m.

Exploration drilling was undertaken to verify and test the continuity of historical mineral showings and to drill test targets developed from the 2025 regional exploration program including airborne geophysics, ground IP, soil geochem, and prospecting.

The company will continue drilling at the Swanson Deposit, with exploration drilling below the current extent of the resource and filling in the larger gaps within the limits of the current mineral resource.

LaFleur Minerals is focused on development of district-scale gold projects in the Abitibi Gold Belt in Québec, Canada.
