Kingston extends Red Terror gold-copper mineralisation

Kingston Resources (ASX:KSN) has extended the Red Terror mineralisation down-dip and opened new areas to the north at Mineral Hill, with underground drilling returning ‘high-grade’ gold-copper intercepts.

Results include 19.00m @ 10.75 grams per tonne gold (Au) and 0.63% copper (Cu) from 41.0m in hole KSNDDH080, with a higher-grade core of 8.55m @ 23.80g/t Au and 0.91% Cu.

Additional intercepts include 17.00m @ 5.09g/t Au and 0.93% Cu in KSNDDH081, and 15.00m at 1.19g/t Au and 0.60% Cu in KSNDDH076.

The results represent exploration upside outside the current Mineral Resource envelope and support future resource growth at the New South Wales operation.

“The drill rig has been returning some outstanding results from the multiple targets we’re pursuing at Mineral Hill,” Managing Director Andrew Corbett says.

“Red Terror was mined historically, and these results are indicating very high-grade gold and copper along trend. We are stepping up our focus on building the scale of the resources at Mineral Hill, and these results help us to plan further step-out drilling.”

The recent drilling targeted down-dip and along-strike extensions. Hole KSNDDH080 delivered the program’s ‘standout results’, with the ‘high-grade’ core returning 8.55m @ 23.80g/t Au, 0.91% Cu, and 16g/t silver.

The up-dip extension in KSNDDH081 returned 4.00m @ 8.83g/t Au and 1.40% Cu.

Historical channel samples and drill hole data indicate potential for a northern extension into an area of sparse drilling.

Historical surface diamond drill hole TMH116, located 100m north of the development drive, intersected 7.00m @ 1.31g/t gold and 0.54% Cu from 99.0m.

The drilling program included holes KSNDDH072 to 076, which targeted down-dip extensions and successfully intersected strong gold-copper mineralisation.

Holes KSNDDH075 and KSNDDH076 extended the mineralisation down-dip beneath historical stopping areas where the lodes remain open at depth.

The current mineral resource at Red Terror stands at 214,000 tonnes at 1.5% Cu and 1.07g/t Au, as reported in November 2025.

Kingston Resources plans to target extensions to the north and further down-dip through additional drilling, with results to be incorporated into future geological modelling and resource estimation.
