Incitec Pivot (ASX:IPL) has appointed Tanya Rybarczyk to the role of President Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific following a comprehensive search process.
Rybarczyk will assume the role effective 3 February 2025. She joins after a 20-year career at Australian conglomerate Wesfarmers (ASX:WES), having held various senior executive roles.
Incitec Pivot CEO Mauro Neves says the company is confident that Rybarczyk is the right person to lead the Dyno Nobel growth strategy across Asia-Pacific.
“She brings a depth of experience across a range of relevant industries including energy, fertilisers, chemicals, retail, transport, mining and resources,” Neves says.
Rybarczyk says it is an exciting time to be joining the company as it continues to deliver against its ambition to become the leading global explosives player.
On 1 October, previous Dyno Nobel Asia-Pacific President Greg Hayne started a new role as Dyno Nobel Americas President based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Until Rybarczyk starts her new role in February, Deon Louw will act as interim president of Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific.
Rybarczyk is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Western Australia, she is a Chartered Accountant, holds a graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is an Insead Advanced Management Program graduate.
