Impact Minerals (ASX:IPT) has raised $635,000 as a final sum towards its shortfall offer in its recent renounceable rights issue.
Impact has now issued 105.83 million shares in the company to investors, and 52.92 million new quoted options exercisable at a price of $0.015, expiring 28 September 2027.
Lead manager and underwriter Mahe Capital will be issued a further 6.35 million shares.
The company, which has a market capitalisation of $23.09 million, is raising funds to further develop its Lake Hope High Purity Alumina Project and aid exploration across the Arkun and Broken Hill projects, as reported by Mining.com.au in February this year.
Impact Minerals is an exploration company focused on the development of critical minerals across Western Australia and New South Wales.
