Iceni expands Guyer West gold footprint

Iceni Gold (ASX:ICL) has expanded gold anomalism at Guyer West, following a 33-hole aircore drilling program at its 14 Mile Well Gold Project.

The 1,900m program targeted two priority areas within the Guyer Farm-In, following up gold anomalies identified during 2025 generative drilling at Guyer West and Sovereign.

Significant results from Guyer West include 4m @ 0.33 grams per tonne gold (Au) from surface in GUYAC0317, 4m @ 0.15g/t Au from 56m in GUYAC0322, and 4m @ 0.21g/t Au from 48m in GUYAC0327.

The results have outlined a broader gold geochemical footprint at Guyer West, now covering a 1.6km strike length up to 500m wide and remaining open.

The company says the scale and tenor of gold anomalies show similarities to the early-stage geochemical footprint defined at the Wild West trend within the adjoining Everleigh Farm-In area.

“The wide-spaced first-pass extensional AC drilling has expanded the gold anomalism and identified similarities to the early-stage geochemical signature recognised at the Wild West trend,” Managing Director Wade Johnson says.

“The convergence of these areas with a favourable structural setting where multiple interpreted structures intersect provides further confidence in the prospectivity of this new emerging gold corridor.”

The company has successfully expanded the Guyer West geochemical footprint towards the Wild West Trend.

Convergence coincided with a structural setting where multiple interpreted regional structures intersect near the western margin of the Danjo Granite.

At Sovereign, the 20-hole program for 1,084m produced one significant intercept of 3m at 0.27g/t Au from 44m in GUYAC0311.

The company considers the Sovereign results inconclusive and is undertaking technical due diligence, including resampling and quality control investigations.

A 1km untested gap remains to the Wild West Trend along a prospective 6km northwest-trending gold corridor beneath transported cover. Multi-element bottom-of-hole results remain pending for both areas.

Follow-up infill and extensional aircore drilling at Guyer West is scheduled for the September quarter, with early-stage drill planning underway with Gold Fields at Wild West.

Iceni Gold is a Western Australian gold explorer advancing the 14 Mile Well project, located 50–70km from Laverton, Western Australia, with a farm-in agreement with Gold Fields Australia covering 154km2 of tenure.
