Hi-View Resources (CSE:GXLD) has increased a non-brokered private placement from C$1.5 million to C$2.025 million ($2.10 million).
On 18 February, the Canadian mineral explorer first announced the capital raise comprising the issue of 5 million units at C$0.30 per unit.
Each unit will comprise one common share and half of a transferable common share purchase warrant. The warrants are exercisable for one additional share in Hi-View at C$0.45 per share within 24 months.
As part of the upsizing, 6.75 million units will now be issued under the same issue price.
The funds will be allocated toward general corporate purposes.
Hi-View Resources is a mineral explorer focused on advancing a portfolio of gold, silver and copper projects in the Toodoggone region of northern British Columbia.
