Hi-View Resources (CSE:GXLD) is conducting its “most aggressive” exploration campaign to date across its Toodoggone portfolio in north-central British Columbia, Canada.
The 2026 program comprises 50 line-kilometres of induced polarisation (IP) surveying, 50km2 of geological mapping and prospecting, and 4,000 soil samples covering more than 100km2.
All soil samples will be analysed using an ultra-trace multi-element package. Drill permits have been approved for the company’s principal target areas and will be evaluated on an ongoing basis as exploration advances, with the aim of finalising a drill program where warranted.
CEO Nick Horsley says this year’s program covers key targets across the district.
“We believe that Toodoggone is one of Canada’s most prospective mineral belts, and we intend to contribute to that story by vectoring in on multiple high-priority porphyry and epithermal targets,” Horsley says.
Fieldwork targets multiple prospects
The fieldwork is being distributed across multiple target areas including Black Pearl, Golden Stranger, Saunders, Lawyers East, Borealis, Nub, and Northern. Additional target areas on the property include Harmon Peak, Urus, Junker, Garnet, and Oxide Summit.
The IP surveying is planned over anomalies identified in 2025 airborne magnetic data, as well as areas exhibiting coincident surface geochemical anomalies.
Geological mapping will focus on detailing structure, alteration, veining, and mineralisation patterns in selected areas of interest, with the aim of vectoring toward porphyry and epithermal-style mineralisation.
Meanwhile, soil sampling will span prospective areas of the southern part of the project, as well as Black Pearl among the northern claims. Sampling will focus on areas where rock exposure is more limited within the company’s areas of interest and where legacy soil sample data returned limited results.
