Hi-View Resources (CSE:GXLD) has raised C$1.97 million ($2.05 million) through a non-brokered private placement to fund exploration expenditures at its Toodoggone projects in British Columbia, Canada.
The company has issued 6.57 million units at C$0.30 each, with units comprising one share and one-half of a purchase warrant.
Warrant holders will be entitled to acquire an additional share for C$0.45 each over a two-year period.
In conjunction with this placement, Hi-View has closed another non-brokered private placement of 6.14 million flow-through shares at C$0.36 each, raising C$2.21 million.
Hi-View Resources is focused on advancing a portfolio of gold, silver, and copper projects in the Toodoggone region of northern British Columbia.
