GreenTech advances district-scale hub with Munni Munni

GreenTech Metals (ASX:GRE) has recommenced phase one drilling at the Munni Munni Platinum-Palladium-Copper-Nickel Project in the West Pilbara in Western Australia.

The Munni Munni Project is adjective to the company’s Whundo Copper-Zinc-Gold Project, and the company sees the consolidation of these two projects as having the potential to create an emerging district-scale multi-commodity development hub.

The phase one drill program is scheduled for 20 holes for approximately 6,000m with the aim to verify the historic resources and enable the company to restate the mineral resource estimate in accordance with JORC (2012) and potentially expand the resource beyond the existing mineralised envelope.

The diamond coring for this drill program commenced in late December 2025 with eight drill holes to be completed for approximately 2,000m.

In the next few days, the company will begin reverse circulation drilling for 4,000m with a second drill rig.

Non-Executive Chairman Simon Kidston says that the phase one drill program at Munni Munni is “a defining program for GreenTech with the key objective of unlocking the full potential of this world-class PGE-Cu-Ni project”.

“With strong global demand for PGEs, improving metal prices and district-scale consolidation achieved (subject to shareholder approval in January 2026), this program is designed to transition Munni Munni into a modern, JORC (2012) resource and position the company for the next phase of technical and commercial evaluation to create value for our shareholders.”

GreenTech Metals is an exploration and development company advancing projects across Western Australia, currently acquiring up to 80% of the Munni Munni Project, a significant platinum group element asset.
