Graphite One (TSX-V:GPH) is conducting a public offering for up to C$30 million ($31.18 million) through the issue of units with a syndicate of agents led by BMO Capital Markets.
The company will issue units at an offer price of C$1.75 each, comprising one share and one purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional share at an exercise price of C$2.25 for a two-year period.
The syndicate of agents have been granted the option to increase the option with an aggregate total equal to around 15% of the total number of units issued in this offering. This increased raising will cover over-allotments and are exercisable for up to 30 days from the closing date.
The offering is expected to close in mid-February 2026.
Funds will be used to cover expenditure relating to the design, engineering, permitting and equipment purchases for the AAM Plant.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Graphite One is focused on becoming a US producer of high-grade anode materials that is integrated with a domestic graphite resource.
