Generation Uranium

Generation Uranium switches from TSX-V to CSE

Generation Uranium (TSX-V:GEN) has received conditional approval to list on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and has voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V).

The company expects its shares will delist from the TSX-V on or around 23 July 2026 and commence trading on the CSE on or around 24 July 2026 under the symbol ‘GEN’.

This transition is driven by a lower fee structure, allowing the company to focus maximise its resources towards property exploration.

Meanwhile, trading will continue on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol ‘GENRF’ and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under ‘W85’.

Generation Uranium will also postpone its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 4.44 million flow-through shares until the CSE listing is finalised.

Following the listing, the offering will proceed on the same terms of $0.09 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $400,000. All issued securities will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day.

Generation Uranium is a Canadian explorer focused on advancing uranium assets in premier jurisdictions, with its flagship Yath Project in Nunavut’s Angilak district.
