Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) non-executive director Scott Patrizi has resigned from the board of the diversified junior explorer.
The company says Patrizi is stepping down to pursue other interests.
Last week, Forrestania announced it had identified two new targets at its Koolyanobbing Iron Project in Western Australia.
The discovery comes on the back of in-house modelling and a review of geophysical data.
Forrestania revealed in late May it was expanding into iron ore after signing an option agreement to acquire privately held Netley Minerals, which holds a number of iron ore licences in the Yilgarn region of Western Australia.
