EQ Resources (ASX:EQR) has increased its production levels by 33% in Q4 2025 from its activities in Australia and Spain.
The company produced 38,292 metric tonne units of tungsten for the quarter ending 31 December 2025.
EQR says the improved production rate comes at a time of record tungsten price levels, with the Fastmarkets Ammonium Paratungstate CIF Rotterdam/Baltimore low-price at US$900 ($1,340) per metric tonne unit on 2 January 2026.
As reported by Mining.com.au, EQ achieved a monthly production record in October 2024, reaching 20,721 metric tonne units of tungsten oxide in concentrate from its Mt Carbine and Barruecopardo operations.
Queensland-based Mt Carbine achieved a daily production record of 641 metric tonne units, up from 571 metric tonne units the previous month, while Barruecopardo in the Salamanca Province of Spain achieved a daily production record of 518 metric tonne units per day, compared to 497 metric tonne units the previous month.
