EQ Resources appoints Vistra to provide advisory services

Global tungsten producer EQ Resources (ASX:EQR) has appointed Vistra Australia to provide CFO advisory services, extending its four-year relationship with the company.

Vistra will also add secretarial and governance advisory services, which are currently provided via Melanie Leydin’s appointment as Company Secretary.

The Vistra CFO advisory team is to be led by Tony Di Pietro, a Chartered Accountant and Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia (AGIA).

Di Pietro has more than 20 years’ experience leading finance teams for several ASX-listed entities with international operations. Concurrently, EQR continues its process to build further leadership capacity within the management team and Board.

Following the appointment of Vistra, EQ Resources says it has sufficient resources to cover the duties and operational programs for both Spain and Australia, as well as all statutory obligations.

EQ Resources is a tungsten mining company dedicated to sustainable mining and processing practices. The company is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, with a focus on expanding its tungsten assets at Mt Carbine in North Queensland, Australia and at Barruecopardo in the Salamanca Province, Spain.
